I’m going to a interview on wednesday for a community nursing job. I’ve had interviews before but for hospital jobs, anyone any idea what they could ask?
questions will include scenarioes, about practice based commissioning and governmental white papers such as first class service, various nsf’s and the latest one our health our care our say 2007. Other areas may include audit, cauldicott, lone working, integrated teams etc etc really depends what type of role you are interviewing for. Good luck

Pretend it is a hospital job… Ask family questions — how many times have you been late for work or had to take the day off because of the kids…
